The New Year is an excellent time to review your
current insurance coverage. Please make sure
you have sufficient coverage in case there is a
need. Tennessee minimums (25/50/15) may not
cover your potential risk!
Please review Article V of the Covenant for a
clear explanation of the Operation of the
Property. This article’s fourteen sections cover
topics such as Insurance, Assessments,
Reconstruction or Repair and Common Charges.
As you know the Clubhouse has been closed due
to the car crash in November. The Clubhouse
Interior: the walls, floors, window, door, front
brick wall and porch columns have been replaced.
However, the furniture and landscaping have not
been addressed. Watch for an announcement to
indicate when the Clubhouse will once again be
ready for your event.
Pet Care Responsibilities:
Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Pet
owners have the responsibility to pick up after
their pets for sanitary purposes.

Garbage cans are rolled to the end of each
Court on Thursday evening and returned to
each Unit on Friday. Please place your trash in
your assigned trash container.
Possible Spring Maintenance Projects:
Paint Rear Doors (as needed); Seal fences exposed to the sun; Touch up (paint) and Clean: Side lights and Mail Boxes (as needed); Power Wash Siding along Armstrong Drive (running along the RR Tracks); Clean gutters
The following items are being explored by cost:
Power wash sidewalks; Repair/reseal streets;
Replace phone box at Visitor Entrance; Replace
all lights at Storage Rooms.
